Bylaws
The bylaws were established in line with the guidelines of the World Association of Infant Mental Health (WAIHM). A group of founding members tailored the WAIHM bylaws to fit Pennsylvania's specific needs and adopted the initial set on February 28, 2011. These bylaws underwent modifications and were officially ratified in August 2021.
