Annual Endorsement Renewal

Endorsement® renewals are due by January 31 of each year. There are NO annual fees for Endorsement® renewal.  In order to renew your PA-AIMH Endorsement®, the following is required:
  • On-going membership with PA-AIMH or with another infant mental health association. This is the only associated fee for renewal. PA-AIMH’s annual membership is based on the calendar year, from January to December. PA-AIMH membership renewals are due at the time of Endorsement® renewals, by January 31 of each year*. 
  • 15 clock hours/year of training related to culturally sensitive, relationship-focused practice promoting infant and/or early childhood mental health. 
    • All categories of Endorsement are required to attend a minimum of 3 hours of DEI training as part of the minimum 15 annual renewal training hours.
    • ​For Family Specialist, MH Specialist, or Clinical Mentors providing RS/C to others, then 3 hours of the minimum 15 annual renewal training hours need to be Training on the provision of RS/C to others.
  • 12 clock hours/year of reflective supervision/consultation (RS/C) is required for IMH/ECMH Family Specialist, Mental Health Specialist, and Mental Health Mentor-Clinical. If you have been endorsed as a Mental Health Mentor-Clinical for 3+ years, then you will only need 10 clock hours of RS/C for renewal; peer supervision or collaborative consultation may be used at this point.​

Reinstatement of Endorsement

If an Endorsee should find that their Endorsement has lapsed, due to missing the Renewal window, please take the following actions:
  1. Notify the Endorsement Coordinator at [email protected] your intention to Reinstate your Endorsement.
  2. Log into your EASy profile and add all Renewal Requirements (see requirements above)
    1. ​Training Tab: Add new entries for a minimum of 15 training hours (see requirements above)
    2. Supervision Tab: Add a new entry for any RSC obtained the previous year (see requirements above)
  3. Obtain updated Reference Ratings by adding three entries to the References Tab.  They can be the same individuals used in your initial application process.
  4. PA-AIMH will send you a Paypal invoice for the $25 Reinstatement Fee.  After confirmation of payment is received, your Endorsement will be reinstated.
